Safety is our top priority at Minton Industrial. We adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations to protect our team, clients, and the surrounding community during every demolition project. Our commitment to safety ensures peace of mind for everyone involved. Our staff (instructors, auditors) has extensive experience in OSHA regulations, general industry and manufacturing, heavy equipment, demolition and general construction, service work, and many more areas.
Our staff includes industrial hygienists (available for personal or process air monitoring, noise monitoring and dosimetry/ hearing conservation program design and implementation, PPE assessments, Job Hazard Analyses and all workplace related occupational health issues). As safety professionals who excel in dealing with real life situations as well as regulatory requirements. All of our personnel are certified and have extensive experience in construction and general industry environments.
We have provided full and part time on-site safety professional support for clients, and have delivered specialized training programs for many fortune 500 companies.
Our efforts have resulted in lower OSHA incident rates and improved EMR ratings.
